The technology department supports the resources necessary to empower our students learning, to enhance our teacher’s methodology and to meet the information technology demands of our administrators and support staff.

Reporting problems/issues & requesting service: 

If you need tech support, please email us at technology@sscisd.net.  
The email will automatically create a ticket for us. You can even attach photos to the email. All three of us will get the ticket at the same time. This also keeps a running log of issues, so we have the history to refer back to. 
Basically, everything is done through your email!!! No more Eduphoria for tech requests.
